I've been involved in my creative endeavors for five decades! It never gets easier to expose my creative talents and to get feedback on them solicited, and unsolicited, but I have always searched for critiques. I want to improve and shine. I went to songwriter school through a private Nashville instructor for three years and it was the hardest thing I have ever attempted. And through it all, 'I Struggle to Breathe'. It is anxiety producing for me to create. This song went 'way' back in my mind and my co-writer was willing to write the melody around my vision. This demo is the least polished of my demo's, for demo sake, but I felt the most honest. I am so excited to learn from a community of life long learners!

I heard the initial melody from a friend in the UK and I was so inspired I wrote a verse and chorus in 30 minutes and asked him if I could use the melody...to which he said yes. I have since added to it as it was quite short and changed a few things
