I am a retired business man, college professor and administrator from Curry College in Milton MA. Four years ago (2013) I suffered two stroke driving my early retirement. Part of my recovery therephy is learning how to read music and play the guitar again. I am posting this song as a testament to the value of feedback. After first posting this song in June of 2017 I received feedback from Brent Baxter. Brent suggested changing one word in the chorus. It was a lyric change I had debated with myself on while writing the song, but Brent's suggestion reaffirmed that it was the right thing to do. I re-demoed the song last November, and this is the result. I believe Brent's suggestion made it a stronger song. We are currently tracking a female demo that I will post when we get it done.
