As a father of four, husband to my best friend for almost 20 years, a unique set of life experiences and perspectives, along with the insatiable desire to create, songwriting has been a very natural and enjoyable thing for me to do. Being born, raised, and educated in a very strong arts community (Berea,Ky), I was immersed into music, especially folk, bluegrass, and country from a young age. Writing songs to me is like needing to eat everyday.
