The song is about the `falseness` of some people and how sometimes it is hard to spot and tries to get the listener to `look underneath` the obvious.

Didn't really know what to put under genre. It's in acoustic stages right now, but I'd love for it to turn to a rock song. It's about feeling like you're at a lull in life, that you're wasting time and that it's moving by too quickly.

I wrote this at a time when I was not the biggest fan of myself and the idea that I didn't want to be anyone else's dark cloud. It'd be better to walk on by rather than try to fix me.

Guy professes that what he really needs in a woman is not that she has money, not that she is funny, etc. All that he wants is good company ... "someone to to rely on, a shoulder to cry on, someone to be there at night."

This is another song from my band's forthcoming EP (it's planned to be the closing track, I did the final mix on this song tonight). I had the music for close to a year before I finally settled on a lyric, which took one night to write.

"Pancake" is a punk/alterntiave song about vanity in general and social-media attention whores in general.

I think the notion behind the song of never giving up whatever is bothering you, so to speak, makes it Christian. And, it rocks a little bit.
