I first got the idea for the song from a line I heard in Game Of Thrones and thought it would a good start to this song..."When will it be enough, when will it end?". Not sure if it's country or folk but changed it to folk...

This is personal to share. I lost my dad this past November. I wrote this song before he died. I even sang it to him. He said it was one of my more positive songs. Anyway, the quality isn't the best, but it is about having to let go of my father. I am still in the process.

This song is about not knowing the answers to everything and maybe thats okay. Trying to find peace in difficult times, uplifting sort of song. The recording quality of this song is low, because it was just a practice session recorded with my phone. Please disregard the extra long guitar solo...we haven't decided what to do for that part of the song and just went back and forth for awhile.

This song is super important to me because it came to me in a dream. This has never happened before and hasn't happened since! I had attended an old time week in WV where Rhiannon Giddens was one of the headliner speakers and woke up one morning with the words on my mind. I am also from a long line of women musicians, all of the women back to my great great grandmothers were musicians, who mostly played church organs. This song is about passing on that legacy. Working on it for the new album!
