Its about a guy being treated poorly by his other half. She's hot n cold etc.
He has had enough and wants out. Realises that he just needs him, his dog, boats and some beers, guitar and some solo camping time..

When some one has worked at a dream there entire life and when they get the success they have worked hard people see it as overnight success.
In this case its a musician but you hear the same with Dr's, Athletes, and anyone else who works extremely hard for success.
Always your so lucky, wish I was that rich etc etc.

Not a new one, from a two paragraph slice of life story I read in a book years ago. Don't know for sure if it's true or not. About a chance meeting between an older man and young girl on a bus.
